I've actually started putting all of these thoughts and ideas in my head into some real tangible projects. I'm going to start putting them up on this little site, just as a bit of documentation that I actually do things.
I have these lists all over the house with plans. Plans for little sad objects in corners of this place. Plans for big hanging ugly lights. Plans for looming walls in need of change.
I need some sort of show and tell for all these scattered thoughts and ideas.

This is my little clock project. I probably saw it somewhere in a magazine or on show, but I just needed to try it out. Turns out that it's so easy to make a clock with these kits. After I finished it I was looking around for other things to turn into a clock. I even have plans for a giant wall mounted clock.

It looked pretty sad on the wall, small and alone. I wasn't sure if that was just because the wall desperately needs to be painted, or it is because it was just too small for that spot. So I added a frame that I have had in the garage waiting for love.

It looks much better with something keeping it company.
I just added a few coats of Mod Podge to adhere the fabric to the canvas. I didn't do any sanding because I liked the brush strokes. Then I painted on the numbers and cut a small hole in the center for the clock. Once the clock was in place I hung it up and smiled. That's one idea to cross off my continuous list.
